  • Alternative Address: In specific scenarios, our logistics team may request an alternative shipping address for the replacement package to guarantee a successful second delivery bypass.
  • Exclusions: This policy exclusively shields you from official customs seizures. It does not cover packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after they have been officially marked as “Delivered” by the courier, nor does it cover temporary delays triggered by routine border inspections that do not result in a permanent seizure.
