  • Tracking Number: The moment your order leaves our facility, an automated dispatch email containing your secure tracking number will be sent to your inbox.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Global Delivery: Once handed over to our couriers, estimated worldwide delivery is 5–10 business days.
  • Note: These timelines are operational estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to regional customs bottlenecks or local courier logistics beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international cross-border shipments, please note the following legalities:

6. Address Accuracy

Precision at checkout is mandatory. We bear no liability for packages misrouted or lost due to inaccurate, incomplete, or faulty address credentials provided by the buyer. Should a package be returned to our facility as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional freight costs required to re-ship the order.
